Basic Ingredients
All you need
- 50 gm Frankho Foods toasted museli
- 100 gm your favourite yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp Frankho Foods All Natural Mix
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Method
Preparation

- Place your favourite youghurt in a bowl
- Add vanilla sugar (optional)
- Stir or mix using a fork
- Add Frankho Foods All Natural Mix
- Sprinkle Frankho Foods Chia Seeds on top
For a little naughty flavour, you can use Frankho Foods Trail mix (which has white chocolate)
Want an even healthier option? Why not try oats instead of toasted muesli. Toasted museli is sometimes baked with sugar, natural oats are a better source of fibre.
