- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon hot sauce
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 Cup white rice
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon minced fresh cilantro leaves
